ABSTRACT
The competitive environment in which evolve the current organizations obliges them to make strategic choices which are not without having an incidence on their financial value. Consequently, it is so important for the leaders as for the financial analysts to be capable of estimating the strategic impact of the decisions on the value creation process of the organisation and the financial value of organizations. In this article, we propose an analysis at once financial and strategic based on the concept of Economic Value Added (EVA).

RÉSUMÉ
L’environnement concurrentiel dans lequel évoluent les organisations actuelles les oblige à faire des choix stratégiques qui ne sont pas sans avoir une incidence sur leur valeur d’un point de vue financier. Dès lors, il devient important autant pour les dirigeants que pour les analystes financiers d’évaluer l’impact des décisions stratégique sur le processus de création de valeur de l’organisation et la valeur des organisations. Dans cet article, nous proposons une analyse à la fois financière et stratégique basée sur le concept de la valeur économique ajoutée (VÉA).
