DIVERSITÉ EN GENRE AU TOP MANAGEMENT, DIVULGATION DES VALEURS FÉMININES ET PERFORMANCE
L’exception Tunisienne

ABSTRACT

This article has two objectives. First, it seeks to understand the impact of gender diversity in top management on performance. Secondly, it aims to analyze the relationship between the disclosure of feminine values in top management and performance. We conducted unstructured interviews and administered a questionnaire to conduct an exploratory analysis of 189 unlisted Tunisian companies. Our results suggest that gender diversity is a creator of wealth, it is essential to uphold the values for women in top management to propel the performance of Tunisian firms.

RÉSUMÉ

Cet article poursuit deux objectifs. En premier lieu, il vise à comprendre l’impact de la diversité genre au Top Management sur la performance. En second lieu, il vise à analyser la relation entre la divulgation des valeurs féminines au Top Management et la performance. Nous avons mené des entretiens non directifs et administré un questionnaire afin de mener une analyse exploratoire auprès de 189 entreprises tunisiennes non cotées. Nos résultats soulignent que la diversité genre est créatrice de richesse, et qu’il est primordial de faire prévaloir les valeurs féminines au Top Management pour propulser la performance des entreprises tunisiennes.
